Today’s post is for 2activepeople who work all day sitting in a chair!Reading the title’s post you will think ”What?My colleagues will think I went crazy” and the picture of you doing squats in the middle of the room is the most hilarious thing you ever thought of doing in your work.But the idea of doing a mini-workout while working and not being seen is very attractive.Try these 5 easy exercises now after two weeks you will see the results in your body!
#1# The sexy legs exercise
Sitting in the chair stretch your leg and tighten it.Hold it for about 10 seconds and switch leg.Do it 4 times.If it is easy for you raise it first and then tighten it and hold it.
#2# The perfect abs exercise
Sitting in the chair tighten your abs and raise one knee at a time – 20 reps each for 4 times.You can do this high knee exercise much more difficult if you raise your knees together – 20 reps for 4 times.
#3# Hot Butt Or What
Sitting in the chair with your feet on the floor try to tighten your glutes and hold them for 10 seconds.It goes much more difficult if you tighten your abs and raise your glutes – repeat it for 4 times.
Sitting in the chair with your feet on the floor try to do the <<get up>> move and stay.To do this right the distance between the chair and your glutes has to be the maximum 5 centimeters.If you want to rock this a little more raise your calf.Stay there for 10 seconds and repeat it 4 times.Don’t forget to tighten your abs.
#5# The Desk push-Ups
Sitting in front of your office try to grab it with your hands , while they are close to your body.Then bend your hands and move your body forward.After completing it – go back to your starting position.Use your feet for not moving the chair – 20 reps for 4 times.
