6 Must Try Aqua Exercises

Hello 2activepeople,

summermood continues….

I spend my weekend in a wonderful beach and now I feel relaxed and full of energy to start my week.Today I want to share with you a super workout I did into the sea.6 effective must try aqua exercises.Training that way feels great. You don’t sweat and with the water resistance you can get awesome results.Furthermore it is so much fun!!!Also you can do these exercises in a swimming pool.As an aqua instructor I use many of them in my classes.

Before you start the workout do a cardio warm up.I ran into the water to make it harder for 20 minutes.Keep in mind that you have to be into the sea and not on the beach.

Here are my 6 Must Try Aqua Exercises
