Well this one may look green , but it is the most tasteful smoothie I have ever made!
A Few Words About Detox
Detox is the process your body goes through when it expels toxins once you are no longer consuming toxic substances such as refined sugar, refined wheat, alcohol and caffeine or chemicals such as pesticides, fungicides, food colorings and MSG. These toxics or chemicals lead often to diseases. There are many ways to get rid of them like cleanse (juice fast, 100% raw vegan diet), an expensive detox product and even colonic hydrotherapy. Your body is always in a state of detox wether your diet is poor or not. How to detox naturally or help your body to detox? Start drinking a detox smoothie every morning and you will make the process more efficient.
Detox Green Chia Seed Smoothie
- 1/2 cup green grapes
- ½ cup baby spinach
- ½ cup kiwi-cubed for the blender
- ½ cup coconut or almond milk
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- ½ avocado
- ½ cup of water
- 1 tbsp chia
- 3-6 leaves of spearmint ( only if you have )
Put your ingredients in the blender and you are ready !!!!!
Tip : Put the chia seeds for 15 minutes in the water you will use.
