Must Eat Salad

Friday today yupiiiiii!Favorite day of the week.Why not treat yourself with a very tasty and healthy salad?I just love this salad and I think you agree that it looks great!

HERE IS THE RECIPE FOR ONE

  • 1 cup green salad
  • 1 cup iceberg
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/3 cup of buckwheat
  • 3 teaspoons of linseed
  • 4 teaspoons of a super mix I found in a local helathproduct shop – you can make it yourselfIt contains raisin,grated walnut&almond and goji berry.
  • Optional sald ,balsamic vinegar.

 

TIP

If you add some chicken , turkey or mushrooms it is the perfect low calorie dinner.
