Beachy Express Workout For Weightloss

Hey guys,

how was your weekend?I am finally back home and it feels I have been gone for ages.So many things to do,so many e-mails to answer,appointments,meetings oh God!I will survive!It is good to take some time off so as to relax,to see your family and friends and to be honest?Just to enjoy doing nothing!This was my Christmas because from now on I will work hard to help you survive the Christmas fever!But before that you can taste my beachy express workout for weightloss.Ready!!!

Sometimes, especially when we are on vacation or extremely busy,we have to skip our workout but we hate it.I say it is better to find 5 minutes and do a strong express workout than do nothing.So this express workout is really what you need when you don’t have enough time or feel lazy.I know that you will thank me and love me more after this.I had a lot of fun shooting this workout and enjoyed the sun and the fresh air next to the sea…the wind was to strong though (crazy hair)!

About The Beachy Express Workout For Weightloss

You will do a circle workout of 5 exercises.

Work each exercise for 30 seconds

Don’t rest between the exercises

Rest after each circle for 30 seconds

Repeat 2-6 times

If you are a beginner try the exercises first multiple times and then do the workout.

If it feels too easy for you raise the workout time from 30 seconds to 1 minute for each exercise.

As always don’t forget your warm up and your stretching routine after!!!!
