Begin with 10 minutes jogging increasing your speed after the third minute and up to 70% of your endurance.
After 10 minutes get prepared.
– 1 minute up to 90% of your endurance and 1 minute up to 70% of your endurance
– 2 minutes up to 90% of your endurance and 2 minutes up to 70% of your endurance
– 3 minutes up to 90% of your endurance and 3 minutes up to 70% of your endurance
– 4 minutes up to 90% of your endurance and 4 minutes up to 70% of your endurance
After the workout walk for 2 minutes to low your heartrate and do some stretching.
