Today we will talk about superfoods.More specifically about 3 Superfoods You Must Know.My favorite superfood of 2015 was Quinoa and you can read all about it here. So let’s start!

1. Banana Flour
It is made of green bananas and it is here to replace the coconut flour madness.You can use it for everything – smoothies, gluten – free cookies, energy bars, cake and bread.Also it is a very good solution if you want to cut traditional flour for a while.And it can get better!By eating this superfood you get a lot of healthy benefits.It helps to increase absorption and capacity of antioxidants and minerals – especially calcium which can aide in preventing Osteoporosis.Furthermore it is in the prevention of common cancer.Moreover its use can prevent diabetes, lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels and reduce incident of gallstones.And the best part?When you eat it you get the satisfied feeling of eating twice.
2. Maple Water

The naturally occurring bacteria and yeast in kefir combine symbiotically to give superior health benefits when consumed regularly. It is loaded with valuable vitamins and minerals and contains easily digestible complete proteins.To avoid any side effect start consuming 50 – 100 ml and increase gradually in combination with ”tons” of clean water.
